Sachin Sharma as Vivek Kharbanda
Born in a small beautiful town of Amritsar in the Punjab region of India, Sachin became fascinated with movies at a very young age, his heart beating faster whenever he saw any actor talk about crafting the character he created. Getting his start in local theatre, he was also the Editor-in-Chief for his college magazine, as well as played state level junior cricket in Pubjab and was honored with “College Colour” for his achievements in cricket. This didn’t stop him from being among the top one percent students (merit list), academically. From Amritsar, Sachin moved to New Delhi and, in the mid-nineties, came to Canada. Here, over a decade he established himself as a successful realtor.
“English Butler Masala Chai” is Sachin’s second feature-film as an actor (the first being “Bolly Double,” co-starring Sitara Hewitt and Koel Purie), but his first as a producer and co-writer. A family man to the core, Sachin loves spending time with his beautiful wife Sangita and his three gorgeous, affectionate kids, Simran, Samriddhi and Manavendra.
